Connected World was launched in 2003, specialising in telecoms for businesses.
Services were expanded, allowing Connected World to provide businesses with a full solution.
Acquired CE Services, an experienced engineering company that had been operating since 1989.
Further expansion in 2019 led to the launch of a dealer partnership channel.
Connected World started life over two decades ago as a reseller of telecommunications systems. But when our founder noticed a need for managed IT solutions and a customer first service model, we developed in order to meet that need.
Since then, we have expanded our products and services to include the likes of internet connectivity, provisioned hardware, managed IT services and internet phone systems.
After expanding the Connected World product and service suite, we soon realised that the only way we could ensure the consistent quality of all of our products and services was by having our own dedicated engineering team on site.
That is the point when we chose to acquire CE Services, a company that was well known for delivering expertise and quality in the installation and maintenance of IT and phone systems. Since then, the former CE Services team has become an integral part of Connected World, providing our customers with reliable installation and maintenance services ever since.
What sets Connected World apart from other similar providers is our customer lead approach to technology. We put the needs of our customers at the heart of everything we do with our dedicated Account Managers looking after each of our individual customers’ needs. Our customer led approach is the reason why, after two decades of trading, so many of our day one customers remain with us today.
